I should be proud of my BA graduation, but I've felt very down this week. I used to follow Ursula's advice in "Kiki's Delivery Service" to stop trying on my art until it comes back to me naturally, but therapists advise the opposite method- to force yourself to continue and reward yourself for making progress. I love art and I want to make it but lack the energy many days. Any advice from artists out there would be appreciated. 💕 How do you continue to create in the face of depression?
