Sunflower Dance

I'm not sure what to call this species. The idea seems very similar to ViPop's Fairy Vials at fist glance, but are different indeed and I'd like a name to signify that with. Concepts keep whirring in my mind, making themselves. I'll try not to share them prematurely.
