Tried some Simply Stretched alcohol markers that I got for $7 at Burlington (about the price of a single Copic marker). The "pastel blue" is certainly not pastel (haha) but definitely has "pigmented ink" as advertised. None of the colors are "easy to blend," but the Copic colorless blender seems to work alright with them.

I've also been trying out the magic eraser tool on my phone's editing app to remove nearby sketches in my sketchbook. It's too bad that the default editing app on my phone is not very robust. I have a hard time getting a white background without eating away all of the soft colors, especially skin tones. I'm open to recommendations!
